Commercial painting is interior and exterior painting for offices, retail spaces and other commercial buildings, and Sharp's Painting does that work in Huntington Beach and coastal Orange County. Owner Robert Sharp has 27 years in the trade, runs his own crew with no subcontractors, and is on site with them. Salt air and sun chalk stucco, split caulk joints and rot fascia, so prep is most of the work. Pressure washing, scraping, sanding, replacing rotted wood and fascia, patching stucco cracks, caulking and priming all come before any finish coat goes on.
Exteriors are sprayed and back rolled so the coating is worked into the surface instead of sitting on top of it. Sharp's Painting is bonded, insured and California C-33 licensed, license 1048840. Hours are Monday through Saturday, 6:00 AM to 9:00 PM, closed Sunday. Estimates are free and you can pick from up to 10 free paint samples. You pay nothing until the job is done and you are satisfied.
